Here are some guidelines, tips and useful information
to help you make the most of your time at the spa.


When should I arrive for my treatment?

Please arrive at the Skin Spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will give you time to unwind and get more out of the early stages of your treatment.

What is Clarins cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Can I share my treatment course with a friend or family member?

All of our treatment courses are registered and non-transferable. It is therefore not possible to share them with another person.


Do I need to remove my make-up before my treatment?

You can arrive wearing make-up. All of our treatments begin with make-up removal/cleansing.

How should I dress for my treatment?

You can wear whatever you like. However, if you've booked The Sun Glow treatment, it is advisable to put on loose clothing and open footwear afterwards.

What will I be wearing during the treatment?

For body treatments we will provide you with disposable underwear. For face treatments, our beauty therapists will ask you to remove some articles of clothing in order to expose your shoulders and neck. Your comfort is our number one priority, and we provide soft white towels to preserve your modesty at all times.


Can I have Clarins treatments while pregnant?

Some treatments are not recommended for pregnant women. We advise that you wait until you've completed the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy and seek the advice of your doctor. At that point we recommend the Pampering Face and Body Treatment, developed especially for mothers-to-be and new mothers.

Can I bring my baby/child with me to my appointment?

It is with regret that we cannot accommodate babies and children in the treatment areas of the Skin Spa. Think of your Clarins Skin Spa as your personal beauty space, a tranquil place for a little me-time. The minimum age for treatments is 16.


Can I wear contacts during my treatment?

Yes, but make sure you inform your therapist that you are doing so at the start of your treatment.

Can I have Clarins treatments if I have any medical conditions, allergies or specific intolerances?

Please inform us of your needs when booking your appointment so that our beauty therapists can offer advice and recommend a suitable treatment.
