Waterproof Eye Liner Pencil

Start the line at the outer corner of the top eyelid, at the base of lashes, drawing up slightly in the direction of the tip of the eyebrow, then emphasize eyes by drawing a line along the base of the bottom lashes from the outer to the inner corner of the eye. Blend with the Eye Liner Pencil for softer, more sensual eyes. The 3-dot technique for Asian eyes: to recreate the top eyelid, open the eye and draw one dot at the inner corner of the eyelid, one dot in the middle above the eyelid fold and one dot at the outer corner. Blend the line then fix with eyeshadow, following the curve created by the three dots.
